Refund policy
Items purchased on Pregomesh Favorites cannot be returned, since those are being produced after you make a purchase, thus; are exceptional.
If you have an issue concerning the goods you purchased contact us at favorites@pregomesh.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damaged products or the products that were sent wrong are eligible to be exchanged or refunded.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
If the item was not sent to you, or it was sent but was damaged and you want to send it back, or if you placed an order by mistake contact us at favorites@pregomesh.com and we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
